I have updated all my sites, (actually in the process.)  I think this is a very nice theme, it is a premium theme, 1 user version costs $44.00, the unlimited license cost $77.00.  I bought the unlimited. I plan to build a few wp blogs and try to sell them on Flippa.  I will have to try to get them up and running, get a little traffic, maybe make a few bucks with adsense.  I plan on using the Challenge method to do this.  I don’t know how this will work.  Socrates has a reseller license where you can get 10 license to sell with 10 blogs for $199.00.  This is baically half price on the license.  I will have to add the license price into the flippa price on the auction.  Set the reserve to pay for the flippa charge and the Socrates license.

After I get it setup, then I can add a gmail account for the questions and such. I can add some addsense and maybe I will add a forum. I can use the forum as a classified section or such. I don’t know how successful it will be, but it will be there and it will add some value to the site.

I will try to document all the tools and advice I use. I know there are many sites that are doing this same thing. I don’t want to say that I am doing this just for me, but in the beginning, I will be working out a formula for me that works. I am not a professiona writer of any sort. I am a computer programmer as a day job, I tend to write like source code. I will endeavour to do a better job here.
