Socartes Theme.

I have updated all my sites, (actually in the process.)  I think this is a very nice theme, it is a premium theme, 1 user version costs $44.00, the unlimited license cost $77.00.  I bought the unlimited. I plan to build a few wp blogs and try to sell them on Flippa.  I will have to try to get them up and running, get a little traffic, maybe make a few bucks with adsense.  I plan on using the Challenge method to do this.  I don’t know how this will work.  Socrates has a reseller license where you can get 10 license to sell with 10 blogs for $199.00.  This is baically half price on the license.  I will have to add the license price into the flippa price on the auction.  Set the reserve to pay for the flippa charge and the Socrates license.

The 30 day challenge has begun. I am going to try to complete the challenge from day 1 until day 30. I think I will use the pen site as my test. I hope I can get some sales for the pens. It would be nice. I will have to start turning more pens if the sales do pickup.

I have added another domain, I am going to use one of the templates from Joel, I will get it up and running then I will expirement on making it a little more unique. It takes a while longer for me to make a website with HyperVRE than it did the chap in the video. I would like to get the hyperVRE up and running. It has a fairly good forum for the Gold members. $147 usd . I think that if I can get a handle on what is need to get a site up and running with the program, I could have a few hundred sites up and running.

AutomaticBox is alive and well. It seems there was an echo statment in the php. It was giving me problems. All well now. Free Banner. Nice and simple.
